Recently a translation patch was released for a game called Magical Vacation (precursor to Magical Starsign on the DS and by the same company that made Sword of Mana). that patch was unfortunately released in a format that is not compatible with the Retron 5/Retro Freak. I've converted it to an ips patch so it will work for any of those that are interested:
