Sure, there are many other options out there, but I found it interesting Retro Freak is making their own adapter for the system for 2,000 yen.

I'm currently using the one from Stone Age Gamer http://www.stoneagegamer.com/nes-to-fam ... in-en.html which works pretty well, though doesn't always fit snug and can corrupt a dump every so often.
