Is anyone else experiencing this? My system will just shut down randomly. It has been doing this since I got it. It is mostly when switching out a cart but it can happen just by switching out the controller or SD card. I have contacted Hyperkin and they just gave me the factory reset instructions which I did and it is still happening. The system is a second gen with the port covers and stronger plastic and is up to date with firmware and has the fast boot patch.

I would appreciate any help or ideas, otherwise I’ll have to RMA it.
