Hardware Issue on Replacement Retron5

Hey everyone,
Anybody out there have an Earthbound Zero Reproduction that they have played on their Retron? My issue is i had a bad retron5 which has since then been replaced. Everything worked fine, The game was recognized and loaded without an issue....now, it just stopped being recognized along with a bunch of other NES games, Sega games, and Famicom games. SNES and GB slots work fine. I'm running the latest 2.2. I just wish my Retron worked right.
