Everyone deserves to get a taste of Star Fox 2 so i've put together some fixed patches that will let you do so. Unfortunately as there are about a million versions of Star Fox out there I've put together patches for all of them.

Hmmm I'm running into trouble. No matter which version I run with or without the header option picked I can't run the competition cart patch.

thoughts?

Which version of StarFox/Wing do you have? At the very least from which country is your cartridge if you don't know the version number.

Also yeah don't worry about the header option, all my patches i make without the header to keep it simple and consistent.

USA. Cart does not have the lock mechanism slot.

I'm starting to think it's an issue with my console now. Since I updated to Beta 6 I can't get it to load SNES games.

Did some testing, both patches for the US versions should be good. Even if there was a version mismatch between your cartridge and the patch you should at least be getting sound and corrupted graphics at the worse...and if the version does match then it should be working perfect.

You could always try downgrading your Retron. It'll let you go back and install any version you want using the same process as upgrading.
