SNES /SFC Must have game conversions and requests

Post region conversions such as JPN to US here, also game to game conversions IE Star Fox to Star Fox 2.

Would it be possible to make a converted patch for Sailor Moon: Another Story? I didn't see it on the patches page and I have a copy of that game on the way

Finally home from holidays so I can set my retron up and play some of these games I've picked up! Picked up a few JPN games so will browse that translation folder thats kindly been linked here! Can't wait!

I just got my copy of SM: Another Story in and the patch seems to be working like a charm as well :)

Game conversion for TMNT in time from NTSC-J to NTSC-U? Also, A translated TMNT Mutant Warriors (Tournament Fighters). Thanks in advance for any help. :)

Hi, registered specifically to give a big THANK YOU to R9delta for the translation patches. <3

One question: does the file name of the patch have any requirements? I've tried a few patches and the patch-to-play-a-different-rom trick with mixed success. Some of the HowTos I've read stress that a patch name needs to match the name of the target game. Any truth to that?
