Retron 5 RMA Process

So I sent my Retron 5 in for repair. And looking at the tracking number it arrived Friday of last week. I called customer support and they said they were shipping one out. Do they usually provide a tracking number or should I call again since I haven't received one?

I sent my Retron 5 in and they received it on a Monday. That same week on Thursday they shipped out a replacement. The next day on Friday after they shipped it I got an e-mail from the customer service department with a tracking number.

If I remember correctly there is a specific phone option on the Hyperkin phone system for RMA status so it probably wouldn't hurt to call in with your RMA number to that department.
