Add a power switch to controllers.

Post by drgruney » October 14th, 2014, 3:11 pm

Hi all. I thought I'd share with you a mod I did to the Retron5 controller. I feel like I'm one of the only people who actually likes using it. But my biggest problem is that ANY button press turns the thing on. My controller seems to be always in need of a charge because of it falling between couch cushions or getting jostled around too much when I bring it to friends' homes.

So I put a power switch on it!

I had to do a little cutting on the controller shell to get the switch to fit but it's still solid.
Printed the part that replaces the little "H" logo piece.
