Sega Master System SRAM issues
A while ago, I got a Power Base Converter and was then able to play SMS games on my Retron 5. I was pretty sad that my Ys and Phantasy Star files didn't want to read...they didn't even show up. So now I'm afraid that they'll die on me unless I can get them to work on the Retron 5. Is there any fix for this, or is this planned for a patch? I'd really love it if I could get the saves on my Retron.
Re: Sega Master System SRAM issues
I remember reading on some of the other forums like Digital Press and Racketboy that the Retron 5 just straight does not support SRAM on SMS games. From what was said Hyperkin does not have enough SMS games to test and implement support. That kind of surprises me and I'm not entirely sure I believed that reasoning when I read it but regardless it's something that needs to be fixed.
