Since the last update...

Hello,

It's been almost a year now since the last update. I was wondering if Cyber Gadget was still supporting the console, or if someone knew anything about the long "rumored" 32X possible compatibility.

Thanks! Anyone!

Well, i got some news....

Hello,

Should we expect a new update for the Retro Freak anytime soon, or are we done with new firmware? Also, is there any news about a future Sega 32x support?

Thanks!

JB

Hi JB,

We don't have a new firmware update for Retro Freak right now but
we intend to release one in the future. Actually, we've been working
on the bugs and errors that we found last time as well as improving
some system functions - it's just been taking us a long time to
complete the update. Really sorry about this delay.

Regarding Sega Super 32X, we're considering adding support for this
but it's currently pending. Can't give you a timescale for this either.

Many apologies for all the ambiguity here but we hope you understand.

Apparently they're in some hot shit about Snes9x right now and are having to substitute another emulator in place of it so yeah they'll likely be releasing a new firmware soon..dunno if it'll necessarily be for the better or not. Caught this on reddit, maybe on the emulation sub-forum..I can't remember.
