Translation for Shin Nekketsu Kouha - Kunio-tachi no Banka

Hi, I tried to use the patch from Romhacking.net (http://www.romhacking.net/translations/598/) without any luck. I tried both expected header off/on and it didn't' work. With expected header on, I can see the company's logo before it turns to black screen. This is my first time to use Retron5 translation feature and it didn't go too well... Thanks in advance.
