Help with phantasy star roms

Hi I am finding it hard to get roms I use one site but it's mostly snes games.
I would love some phantasy star translation form jap to eng 2, 3, 4
Is this possible ?

Phantasy Star II, I'll be honest...I'm finding it hard to find a guaranteed good japanese clean (meaning no flaws like overdumped or underdumped or hacked) rom to create a patch from, but hopefully III and IV will keep you good for now.
