Hmm. I've tested on mine. It's an older model Retron 5 and on firmware 2.1 and it works good on mine, both locked on and not. It might be worth downgrading to firmware 2.1 and seeing if the problem still persists (downgrading is done the same way upgrading is). Also it might be worth trying Sonic 3...

This is a great game resurrected by the Retron 5. Playing it on an original gameboy today is just painful due to blur and contrast. But it looks great on the Retron 5.

I've tried to pair the nes30 with the Retron 5. It won't pair no matter what mode I try it in. are you tryng to use an .apk? or hci directly? or the stock hyperkin pairing process? adb shell hcitool scan shows the wiimote and a bluetooth dongle I have although I didn't really try to pair I'm using ...

Has anybody tried that controller or the ps3? hciattach is present on the system and it uses blueZ which is a pretty common bluetooth stack maybe something like this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=9993128 the controller daemon started on startup does something like: /system/xbin/hc...
