No, the complete translated game is incompatible with the Retron 5. The base game/rom prior to patching is fine. Pretty much the only ones that can probably fix that is Hyperkin...and they stole the emulators in the first place so there's not much chance of that happening.

I'm not familiar with the game in detail so I apologize but I could only find one rom out there and in testing it gives me a choice to select the country/language at the very beginning of start up (including English as the second option). Does your cartridge not give you that choice?

Not sure I can help if I don't know what system you have it on. It was released on practically every system the Retro Freak and Retron 5 supports.
