It looks to me like that's an actual ROM you're trying to patch to FFV. In the past, when I've downloaded stuff like that with [Eng], it's an already patched ROM.

Just a quick little question, I assume the version of Metal Sonic Hyperdrive you have up is newer than this http://shc.sonicresearch.org/sonic/history14/45 ? I only ask because that one's 2MB, but older, and the one here is 1MB, but newer.

No, that site is legit. That is how all of the Retron 5 updates have been set up, and all but the last Retro Freak one. All you need to do is write a firmware request to the SD card and then put that in your PC and upload that to the site. That's what that upload thing is for, nothing more.

I DESPERATELY need help with something. I just got the Retro Freak Console on the 5th of this month and last night on the 21st the console conked out on me. My best guess is because it overheated and I tried for over an hour to get the console to work but I was very unsuccessful. I'm real angry rig...

Curious if all the ips patches I have loaded on my sd card for the retron will work exactly the same(I know it's been mentioned that it does but I wanted to know if I have to change anything at all on the r5 sd card?
