Re: Patch for Pocket Monsters Midori
Did the Rom Hacking patch work for you? Also, what is Pewter? I'm assuming that's a town in Pokemon but I've never actually played it.

Re: TMNT: Manhattan Project
Something else about this game is that it's apparently been one of the harder games to emulate. That and Castlevania III are very problematic. I've gotten both to work on my Retron 5 but usually after several tries.

Re: Castlevania III pins missing
I believe I am too. The first time I put C3 in it reported it was an unknown cart. Then I fiddled with the cart accidentally while trying to take it out and then the Retron rescanned the game. Afterward it read it as Castlevania 3 and it played just fine. Is your reading it as C3 or Unknown. I do re...

Re: Castlevania III pins missing
Based on what you described I believe the pins are correct. My copy has the same setup. Castlevania 3 was one of the harder games to emulate. However, mine did work on the Retron 5. What firmware are you using?

Patch for Pocket Monsters Midori
Hello everyone. Does anyone have a translation patch for Pocket Monsters Midori? I tried the patch from romhacking.net and it didn't work for me. Leads me to believe I have the 1.1 version of the game.

Re: Translations for Turtles in Time and Rock Man X
Just wanted to let you know that I had a chance to apply the Rock Man X3 patch and it worked perfectly. I'm sure you know that but I just wanted to say thanks.

Translations for Turtles in Time and Rock Man X
Does anyone here know of or have any translations for the Rock Man X trilogy and Turtles in Time for Super Famicom? I'm looking into buying those over the US releases due to cost. Fortunately those games are very story heavy but it would be convenient to have those translated if it's possible.

Replace connector slot
Does anyone know if any of the connector slots for the R5 are modular? I know the end of my warranty is coming up and I'm sure the day will come when one of the (most likely NES) connector slots will need replaced. In fact, my NES connector broke tonight. I've been playing NES and SNES games lately ...

Re: Unofficial Compatibility List
I just wanted to mention something. I've recently upgraded to 2.3 Beta 2. It looks like Sonic 3 and Vectorman no longer freeze. I read somewhere that they failed at the flame wall in Sonic 3 and level 2 of Vectorman while on 2.2. Well that no longer appears to be the case. Just an FYI.
