Is the menu in English by default or something else?

If not English it'd be cool if someone posted a video walking through how to set the menu to English.

$60 to play/dump game gear games from the carts is a steal.

My googling has not answered the following questions:

Can I use my US NES, and Sega Genesis carts?

I see it's like $5 shipped. Is it any good? Reviews are mixed.

If you use it the Retron 5 just dumps the rom of the attached game. The game genie itself does not work.

This is why they offer built in cheats.

I also have it and it plays fine. Bonus there is an English translation for it in the translations forum on this site!

Hopefully if not, someone out there figures out how to make custom firmware to get more games working. What games do you need working that aren't? They have 97% compatibility at present. Most games that don't work at this point are flashcarts or unlicensed carts. My question may sound confrontation...
