I understand where you're coming from, Necrobot. I'm down to two official (ie not repro or homebrew) carts that have issues, and according to the compatibility list they shouldn't. Yoshi (NES) plays perfectly fine, but it comes up as "Unrecognized cart", even though the compatibility list ...

I don't seem to have any problem with my extension cables, with either my OEM Nintendo controllers or my Retro-bit SNES controllers.

I know Retro-bit makes a wireless SNES controller, but I've heard some people have had trouble getting them to work on the Retron 5 (and from what I've seen in reviews, a lot of people had trouble getting them to work on actual SNES hardware, too).
