It's come to my attention that Hyperkin has re-released the Retron 5 in what i'd describe as a vaporwave paint scheme. I'm not aware if there's anything new on this internally. Regardless if it draws interest and people are interested in having this forum re-open please let me know.

So I know this is really late (I don't check this forum anymore but maybe once every few months) but I fixed up patches for that game some time ago. Yeah. I gotta be honest, most of my time here is spent banning and deleting bots...which I don't mind but there isn't much else going on and the occasional patch I upload here just gets flooded by bots anyway. Done. It's under Project II Final Fantasy IV. I don't know if you have v1.0 or v1.1 of FF2 and you likely won't know either so try v1.0 and if it doesn't work try v1.1. I fixed the patch for both.

It's made to patch specifically onto version 1.1 of FF2 (US) with a header, cartridges don't get dumped on the Retron 5/Retro Freak with one which explains why it doesn't work as-is (you may have v1.0 as well and not v1.1).
