Hey, I recently bought the USA version of final fantasy 6 advance for the GBA, and every time I try to play it, it comes up as an unknown game. I bought it from amazon so it's not a bootleg or anything, and I've cleaned it over and over again. What else can I do, short of returning it?

With some of the games I own, like for example Pokemon Crystal, when I put the game in and try to pull up the cheat menu, it says there are no cheats for the game. But when I look in the XML file, there are cheats for it. Why won't the retron 5 pull up the cheats for the game? Some of the other game...
